Ace Teachers is a professional development platform for educators in India, operated by Chie Media Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). The platform provides access to CPD courses, live webinars, AI lesson planning tools, and verified certificates.
By registering for an account or using any part of the platform, you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a working or qualified educator to use Ace Teachers. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria.
To access the platform, you must create an account using accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Course videos and learning materials on Ace Teachers are provided free of charge. Verified certificates of completion are available upon successfully completing a course, subject to any applicable fees communicated at the time of completion.
We reserve the right to change pricing for certificates at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect courses already in progress.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

All content on the Ace Teachers platform — including course videos, materials, lesson kit templates, branding, and software — is owned by or licensed to Chie Media Pvt Ltd. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any platform content.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform content for your personal professional development. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
Certificates issued by Ace Teachers remain the intellectual property of Chie Media Pvt Ltd. However, you may share and display your earned certificates for professional purposes (e.g. on LinkedIn, in CVs, or to your school).
By registering for a webinar, you consent to receiving the joining link and related communications via WhatsApp and email. Webinars are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a webinar at any time; we will notify registered participants as soon as possible and arrange an alternative date where feasible.
Webinar sessions may be recorded. By attending, you acknowledge that your participation (including any questions asked) may be recorded and used by Ace Teachers for educational or promotional purposes.
Our AI lesson planning tools generate content based on your inputs. Lesson kits are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and adapted by you before use. You are responsible for ensuring that any lesson kit you use in your classroom is appropriate for your students and context. Ace Teachers makes no guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors or fully aligned to any specific curriculum.
Where a school or institution ("School") registers for an institutional account, the School agrees to these terms on behalf of all teachers who use the platform under that account. The School is responsible for ensuring that its teachers are made aware of and comply with these terms. Teacher CPD data may be accessible to the School's designated administrators.
The Ace Teachers platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to ensure the platform is always available and content is accurate, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
Ace Teachers CPD certificates are records of professional learning and are not regulated qualifications unless explicitly stated.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chie Media Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of earnings, or loss of professional opportunity.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@aceteachers.in. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms, with or without prior notice.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. Earned certificates issued prior to termination remain valid.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
